The AI your team uses every day — for client work, drafting, research, triage — without sending a single message to ChatGPT's training pipeline. Remembers every conversation across days and weeks. Compliant by design for law firms, accountancy practices, healthcare clinics, and FCA-regulated firms.
Private OR remembers. Frontier-quality OR safe with client data. Pay forever OR settle for free-and-flaky. We give you all of it, once.
Same product. Three levels of hand-holding. Pick what fits your team's capacity.
All ready out of the box. Your team starts using them the moment setup finishes.
DM your AI on Telegram, get a reply in 2–4 seconds with full memory of every previous conversation. Each team member gets their own private thread.
Replaces ChatGPT in your team chatsSend a voice note from a client meeting, get a bulleted action list back. Audio is transcribed on your own machine — it never leaves your office.
Saves 30+ min after every meetingDrop a PDF — contract, brief, report, statement — get a clean summary: overview, key points, dates, action items. Handles ~12 pages per upload.
First-pass review in 30 sec, not 30 minAttach a folder (“Acme matters”, “FY25 audits”) via the web admin UI. Your team can ask “where are we with Mr Khan's house sale?” — the bot reads the files and cites them. Read-only — the AI can never modify, move, or delete anything on disk.
Your AI knows your projectsPaste any text — a draft email, a contract, marketing copy — and get a sector-aware risk report flagging GDPR, SRA, ICAEW, FCA, CQC exposure.
Decision support, not a sign-offOn the Enterprise tier we build 2–3 bespoke AI tools tailored to your firm's processes. Onboarding workflows, intake forms, sector-specific drafting — whatever moves the needle.
Enterprise tier · £7,997Out of the box your AI knows about your sector's regulators — and what it shouldn't claim to do. Pick yours during setup. Swap any time.
Your team can DM the AI from their phone the same morning you buy it.
Pick a tier above. Within 60 seconds you receive a download link by email.
Self-Install: your IT manager runs the guided setup in ~20 min on a single always-on machine. Managed: we do it for you on a video call. Either way, only one install — no rolling it out to every team member's PC.
Each person opens Telegram on their phone or laptop and finds your firm's bot. No app to install, no per-PC setup, no licences. Memory is private per user.
Drafting, summarising, triaging, asking — same morning. The AI remembers everything, per user, forever.
After install your IT person never needs to touch a terminal again. The admin UI on localhost:5680 handles every day-2 operation: add or remove team members, attach client folders the AI can read, swap AI models, wipe a user's memory on request. Changes take effect within ~1 second. No restart, no reinstall.
21 UK SMB sector profiles baked in — pick yours for sector-specific pain points, use cases, and compliance notes.
After install your IT person opens http://localhost:5680 in a browser on the office machine. From there: paste new Telegram IDs (bulk-paste from a spreadsheet works), remove a leaver with one click, attach or detach client folders the AI reads, pull / swap / delete Ollama models, see per-user memory + wipe any user's memory on request. Changes take effect within ~1 second — no restart, no terminal, no reinstall. We bookmark it on the office machine and never touch the installer again. Full tour at /admin-ui.
Yes — attach a folder via the admin UI (e.g. D:\Matters\Conveyancing) and the AI can read its files when your team asks. Questions like “where are we with Mr Khan's house sale?” or “what's the status of the Section 20 at Riverside Court?” return real answers citing the source files. Read-only — the AI can never modify, move, or delete anything on disk. Multiple folders attachable at once (one per client / project / department). With local Ollama, file content never leaves your machine.
Yes — the admin UI's Models panel lets you pull new Ollama models (live progress bar), delete the ones you don't need to free disk, and swap which one the bot uses with one click. Effect is within ~1 second on the next bot reply. Start with a small model on modest hardware, upgrade to bigger ones when you upgrade the machine.
Onto your own machine, and to the AI engine you pick (we ship with Anthropic Claude — they don't train on API traffic). Nothing else. We at VantagePoint never see anything — we sold you the product, full stop. No telemetry, no analytics, no phone home.
Yes for decision support, drafting, summarisation — treat AI output as a junior assistant's draft, always review. Not appropriate for unsupervised client communication or storing UK GDPR Article 9 special-category data without a DPIA. Enterprise tier includes a Data Processing Schedule on request.
Yes — that's exactly the buyer profile. 21 UK SMB sector profiles are baked in (SRA-aware for law firms, ICAEW-aware for accountants, CQC-aware for clinics, FCA-aware for IFAs). Conversations live on your machine, not in a shared ChatGPT account. See your sector page for the specifics.
Copilot is £24.70/user/month, so 25 seats = ~£7,400/year, forever. AI In Your Pocket is £1,997 one-off (Self-Install) plus £497/year support — so ~£2,494 year one, ~£497 year two onwards. Over five years that's roughly £4,485 vs £37,000. Copilot wins on Word/Excel integration; we win on price, privacy, and per-user memory.
Yes — persistent per-user memory survives restarts. Each team member has their own private memory (no cross-contamination between colleagues). Type /forget any time to wipe your own memory, or /memory to see how much is stored. This is not ChatGPT's opaque account-wide memory — it's a real per-user history on your machine.
ChatGPT trains on your conversations by default — bad for client work. Copilot is enterprise-grade but £20–30 per user per month forever, and it still forgets every conversation. We give you frontier-quality AI with persistent memory at a one-off price, on your own infrastructure. That's the gap.
You're a direct customer of the AI provider — we don't mark up. If they raise rates, you pay them more. You can also swap providers in a few minutes if you prefer. We're unlocking a fully local option in our next release — pay nothing per message.
Digital download — once you've received it, the value is delivered. UK CCR 2013 Reg 36 waiver at checkout. If something genuinely doesn't fit, email us and we'll do the right thing — typically a credit against a different VantagePoint product. Full terms at /terms.
v1 needs a Windows 10 or 11 machine — that's where 90% of UK SMB endpoints actually live. macOS and Linux are on the v2 roadmap. If you're a Mac shop and want this badly, email us — we'll fast-track if there's volume.
No. You install it once on a single always-on machine in your office — a desktop, a small server, or even a repurposed older PC works fine. Everyone on the team connects to it from their phone or laptop via Telegram. There's nothing for them to install.
The AI is only reachable when its host machine is on. Most firms run it on a desktop or small office server that's always on anyway. If you need it always-on but don't have such a machine, the reference guide walks through moving it onto a £6/mo cloud server you control. v2 will offer a managed hosted option if you'd rather not run any machine.
Local Ollama is the privacy-first default — nothing leaves your machine. The bigger and faster the host machine, the larger the local model you can run, and the better the answers. On a modest desktop, a small local model still handles drafting and summarising well. If you need frontier-grade reasoning on more limited hardware, the cloud option (Anthropic Claude — contractually no training on your data) is the fallback. v1.0 ships with cloud unlocked; full local-Ollama selection lands in v1.1 next week.
Free for paid customers. When v2 ships, you get an email, download the new version, and it upgrades in place. Memory and history survive. Lifetime updates included with every tier.
£1,997 to run it yourself. £3,497 if you'd rather we did it for you. Either way, your team is using it the same day.
