Terms of sale.

Version: 1.0 · Last updated: 2026-05-19 · Applies to all AI In Your Pocket purchases made via pocketai.vpnetworks.co.uk.

These terms govern the sale of AI In Your Pocket (the "Product") to you (the "Customer") by VantagePoint Networks ("we", "us"). By completing checkout you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

01 Who we are

VantagePoint Networks is a UK-based sole trader operating at vpnetworks.co.uk. Contact: info@vpnetworks.co.uk. Prices are inclusive — no VAT is added at checkout.

02 What you are buying

The Product is a private AI assistant for your firm — runs on a Windows machine you control, reachable by your team via Telegram, with persistent conversation memory per user. You receive a 48-hour signed download link by email within 60 seconds of payment, plus the following per tier:

A separate annual support & updates subscription (£497/year for Self-Install & Managed; £1,497/year for Enterprise) renews from year two. You can decline renewal; the Product itself continues to work but loses new updates and support.

03 Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of any applicable tax. No VAT is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Pricing on the landing page at the time of purchase is binding for that purchase.

04 No refunds (all sales final)

The Product is digital content delivered immediately on payment. All sales are final and no refunds are available after purchase.

At checkout you tick a required consent box confirming the following waiver: "I confirm I am buying an immediately-downloadable digital product on behalf of a business and I waive my 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — so I can access the installer immediately."

This waiver is enforceable under Regulation 36 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By ticking the box you forfeit the 14-day cooling-off period.

The Product is sold exclusively to businesses (B2B). The Consumer Contracts Regulations and most other UK consumer protections do not apply to B2B transactions in any case.

In rare cases where the Product genuinely does not work on your hardware after a reasonable effort to install (with our help via support), we may at our sole discretion offer a credit against a different VantagePoint product. This is goodwill, not an obligation.

05 Support

Support covers installation, configuration of the bundled workflows, and reasonable troubleshooting of the Product. It does not include: training on Telegram itself, training on Docker, customisation requests beyond Enterprise scope, or fixing buyer-side infrastructure issues (Windows reinstalls, network outages, third-party software conflicts).

06 Permitted use

The Product is licensed for use by your business. You may:

07 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Product is capped at the amount you paid for it (excluding any annual support renewals). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

08 Data processing

The Product is software you install and run on your own infrastructure. We do not have access to your conversations, your Telegram messages, your n8n workflows, or any data your team feeds into the bot. You are the data controller for any personal data processed through the Product; we are a tool provider, not a data processor for the conversational data itself.

We do process a small amount of personal data about you as the buyer (email, company name, sector, VAT number if provided, billing IP address for chargeback defence, purchase timestamp). This is covered in our privacy policy. Retention: 6 months after purchase, then deleted.

The Product sends messages to whichever AI provider you configure (Anthropic Claude in v1.0). That provider is a separate data controller with its own privacy and data-retention policies — please review those before configuring the Product to process regulated client data. We have no control over what the AI provider does with the messages your team sends.

Enterprise tier: a GDPR Data Processing Schedule (DPS) is available on request for buyers in regulated sectors (legal, healthcare, accountancy, FCA-regulated). Lead time 5 working days while we tailor the schedule to your processing context. Contact info@vpnetworks.co.uk.

09 Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL, with the version number and last-updated date at the top of the page. Updates apply to purchases made after the update date; your existing purchase is governed by the terms in effect at the time you bought.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
