Where does my data actually go?

Your messages go via Telegram's infrastructure to your machine and then to the AI provider (Anthropic in v1.0). Nothing else. VantagePoint never sees anything. When local Ollama lands in v1.1, even the AI provider sees nothing — everything stays on your machine.

Yes for decision support, drafting, and summarisation — treat AI output as a junior assistant's draft, always review. Not appropriate for unsupervised client communication or storing UK GDPR Article 9 special-category data without a DPIA. Enterprise tier includes a Data Processing Schedule available on request for regulated sectors (5 working day lead time).

Does the AI actually remember previous conversations?

Yes — persistent per-user memory is a v1 feature, not a future plan. Memory survives container restarts and is private per team member (no one else on the team can see your conversations). You can wipe your own memory at any time with /forget.

For Self-Install (£1,997): a non-developer IT person follows the setup guide. ~20 minutes including downloading the AI engine. For Managed Install (£3,497) and Enterprise (£7,997): VantagePoint runs the install on a 2-hour remote session — your IT only provides API keys and Telegram IDs.
